Is our data used to train AI models?
No — never. Your business data is processed only to answer your team's questions, under a data processing agreement with our AI provider. It is not used to train or improve any AI model, and we never sell data to anyone.
Can everyone in the team see everything?
Only if you want them to. Access is controlled per role, tool by tool: your accountant can query the accounts but not read the inbox; warehouse staff can check stock but never see payroll. Owners see everything, and every query is recorded in an audit log.
Our main system is quite niche — can you connect it?
Very likely, and this is exactly what we specialise in. Beyond the mainstream platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, Stripe, Shopify), we build custom connectors for industry-specific and legacy software — the systems off-the-shelf AI tools won't touch. If it has any way in, we can usually integrate it.
